i usually train every day just do different muscle groups. legs one day, back and biceps another day, chest and triceps the next. so i think question number two is misleading. maybe it should say you shouldn't work the same muscle groups consecutively.

I got everything right except the one Kat missed too. I thought it was advised to strength train 3 days/wk.

I knew the large to small muscles from my trainer, but I thought that we were supposed to do weight training 3 days a week...I guess just one arm workout and one legs...sprinkled with abs both days.
