3/4... So, should you never stretch before exercises or without warming up first? I often start my workouts with stretches first (but I'm pretty new to this exercising thing :P).

4/4, but I am really over stretching. Why do we keep pretending it's so important when there has been no scientific studies that have proven it is? In fact, many studies show that except for sport like gymnastics, where flexibility is crucial, stretching in no way helps performance, and even hurts it for distance runners. I just don't get the whole, "stretching is good!" bandwagon, when we don't know that!

3/4 oh well! I really though I read somewhere to hold stretches a min of 10 sec. Oh well, I usually do 30!
