eek crossing legs can cause varicose veins. this is not good news for me!

wow... there is a lightbulb going off in my head... when stretching before getting on my bike, i find it way hard to flex my feet. my back always seems to be an issue as well... i guess i need to be focusing on my hams! thanks fit!

AMP - Do you have trouble pointing your foot because your hamstring are tight? Many of my clients with tight hamstrings have a hard time flexing their feet pulling the toes toward their noses). Exercises like Single Leg stretch with straight legs (big scissor action of the legs) can be really difficult with tight hamstrings.

I have trouble doing the pointed foot exercises in pilates and my instructor told me its b/c my hamstrings are too tight.
