3/5 :( actually for some reason it didn't register my last answer which I got right- I checked 20 min, but it came out that I didn't answer it at all? Oh well haha. I guess the reason why its now lowered from 30 to 20 is probably because enough people just aren't exercising. I really think that's the bare minimum. Not everyone is a teen or a college student though, most adults are parents and/or have full time jobs, and obviously don't have time to fit in lots of exercise. I am glad that I still have the advantage of youth, energy and time on my side :)
