What Exercise Are You Scared of Trying?

It's easy to make a New Year's resolution to exercise more, but it's not as simple to follow through on your goals. Not only does a regular exercise routine require motivation and commitment, but the act of exercising can also be scary if you haven't done it before. Taking up a new adventure sport like mountain biking or scuba diving is one thing, but even just setting foot in a gym can be intimidating!
