The great thing about running is you can do it just about anywhere — even in pools! There are so many different places you can run, and each has its merits. The sidewalk is safe, the asphalt of the street is forgiving, the track lives up to its helps you keep track of your pace and distance, a treadmill lives in a climate controlled zone, and trails are just more fun. While I love running on trails fairly close to my house, I find driving to exercise a bit silly, so mostly I run in the streets because my knees like asphalt more than concrete. What about you?
