I like playing hockey/ice skating, or rollerblading when I can't get to ice. I also love to go rock climbing and hiking. Usually I just head to the gym though for my regular workout because it's convenient.

I run quite a bit but I also jump rope several times a week. I like working on speed and footwork.

For the first time in my life it's "playing sports" for me. A bunch of friends formed an ultimate frisbee team and after some deliberation (I hate most team sports), I joined. Great decision. It's the only way I can force myself to run and it's a lot of fun.

Skiing is my favorite, but I dont get to do it as much as I would want....So I use the treadmill for my everyday cardio.

I like running, but in the winter when there's a ton of snow and it's cold, I like the elliptical. I also like biking, but only outdoors...I'm not a fan of the stationary bike.

Running, but definitely outdoors. It's the only exercise that can consistently stave off gym boredom.

If I take this survey 2 years ago, my answer will be swimming. I started to run last July and hooked on to it after that. Since July of last year, I had 2-10K run, 2-half marathon, and 4-full marathon. I run more than I swim now. :)

I would love to swim, but no access to a pool. I can't run... I've tried so many times, but I just want to cut my knees out when I'm done. So walking is my cardio... outside in the summer, treadmill in the winter.

I picked running but it's a tie betweeen swimming and running.If only the triathlon would make the swim longer and the bike shorter ;)
