I prefer to mix my cardio and strength training. It's the only thing I've found that actually makes a difference for me vs. just doing cardio or strength. When I need to recharge and deepend my stretched I do yoga.

I like weight training...I need to do more cardio, but I hate it!

I had to put other. You can shed a lot of calories having sex. What can I say my hubby and I like to work out together.

Oh, and stairclimbing! I must really like that, because I forget that it counts as cardio. But it has to be real stairs, not a machine.

I put weight training. I generally don't like cardio, but the above post from erinmarie reminded me that I do like kickboxing. It makes me feel strong!

swimming!!!!! I chose swimming because it's my first fave. exercise. But, I also love yoga. Two different forms of exercise.

I LOVE STRENGTH TRAINING! I can sit in my room for an hour and just crunch and all that jazz - it's awesome!
