the-kid LMAO! I love it! I really love swimming but I can't because they put too much chlorine in the pool at my gym and it dries out my skin!

i love to walk on the treadmill.. its not exactly a walk in the park. i torch mega calories by keeping between speed of 4.0 - 4.6 and an incline of 15-20, sometimes throwing in running or super steep (25 or 30 grade) intervals.

I love walking and hiking in the summer, but in the winter I stay inside and do the eliptical.

i like running cardio classes and machines, i switch it up and do them all!! :) and i have def seen some good results! :) and look forward to more in the new year
