What's Your Winter Running Pet Peeve?

What's Your Biggest Winter Running Pet Peeve?

Running outside in the Winter requires a little bit of planning before you make your way outside. Everything from your base layers to your headgear needs to be just right to ensure a comfortable run (if you need help bundling up, read our tips on what to wear when running in Winter here).

Even when you think you have sufficiently barred yourself from the elements, however, lots of things can distract you from a good run. Freezing hands and ears, runny noses, and burning lungs can make running outside seem like too much trouble.

Do you run outside when temps dip low? If so, tell us what's your biggest Winter running pet peeve?
