I eat oatmeal every morning! I put something different in it everyday, my favorite mix up is a ripe banana with cinnamon, nutmeg and splenda. Or ripe pears make a cidery tasting mix if you switch out the bananas. If I need a full energy mix I add some ground flax meal, or chopped nuts. mmmm...
