Especially if you are trying to eat healthy. DesignRchic 8 years I guessed right. Sometimes those diet labels can be really deceiving. I eat Kashi Go Lean Oatmeal. It has about 6 grams of Fiber. Fitness 8 years THE ANSWER IS: 1 package of oatmeal. It has 160 calories to the 140 calories of 4 slices of turkey bacon. I bet the oatmeal will keep you feeling fuller for longer though. But both are a decent bet for a healthy breakfast.
