Sometimes when I'm indulging, the last thing I want to think about is how much calories and fat are on my plate. Other times, though, I still want to have my (unhealthy) cake and eat it, too, but I'm willing to swap a decadent dish for something with a slightly less horrifying nutrition label. This is especially true at a place like a diner, where it can be hard to find anything that can be classified as healthy.
