I usually just avoid all the crazy crap and sauces. If you're looking to avoid sodium at Subway get the oven roasted chicken breast. It's higher in calories but lower in I guess either way you win some and lose some.

My mother is always saying that Subway is a sodium paradise but I did not listen.....Love the veg one but every once in a while I am into the club

well deli meats are notorious for their sodium....thats why i get a veggie sub from subway!
