I usually just avoid all the crazy crap and sauces. If you're looking to avoid sodium at Subway get the oven roasted chicken breast. It's higher in calories but lower in sodium....so I guess either way you win some and lose some.

My mother is always saying that Subway is a sodium paradise but I did not listen.....Love the veg one but every once in a while I am into the club

well deli meats are notorious for their sodium....thats why i get a veggie sub from subway!
