LOL I found that question pretty tough! It took me awhile to decide. All 3 are very important... but I went with arms.

Yeah I think ABs would be it for me , its the core of the whole body so... But I would love to say all 3

Strong abs make all your other workouts more efficient. Plus I've had back problems all my life so I'll take all the core strength I can get.

strong legs and arms don't do much if you don't have a strong core.... core first then legs and arms

Legs!! I like being able to run, jump, bike, and bold up a staircase without getting winded! :) Abs would come in second.

I have a bad back and after having babies ( which just stretched those abs out !!!!) i really need strong abs to help my spine. If my back hurts, I can't do anything. ABS!!!!

i have such appreciation for my strong legs. I was a sprinter and long jumper and i have these big calves and thighs, but they are so strong, and what they allowed me to do. I used to be so self concious about my legs, but once i really started to excel in track, i really began to love them

I agree pacerin - And you can't do arm balancing poses in yoga unless your arms are rock solid strong!
