Which Part of Your Body Is the Most Toned?

I work hard to strengthen my body as a whole, but since I run, bike, swim, hike, and ski, my legs are naturally the most toned. What about you?

As odd as it is I work my legs the most but they are probably the least toned out of everything! So frustrating! My abs are the most toned.

My legs would look the most toned if only they had as little fat on them as my arms do.

All of my body is pretty well-toned--I would say that my legs and arms are about equally toned, followed by my abs. My back is also very well-toned. I think it has more to do with body fat % than what kind of exercise you choose to do.

Uh, if you're swimming, (depending on how much you swim a week), your upper body should get a good workout. All the swimming strokes (with the exception of breast stroke) is upper body driven. If your lower body cycle (kicking) is stronger than your upper body cycle (your core, back, shoulders, arms, etc), you're doing the stroke wrong, if you will. AND you're swimming slower. Incidentally, I'm equally toned all over. I am very deliberate about conditioning my entire body. For me, it's about physical well-being, and it's good symmetry as far as having a sculpted body. Going back to swimming, I would use bilateral breathing so that both sides of my body would be equally conditioned, and my strokes would be symmetrical.

My legs since I do mainly cardio but working on my arms and abs for the summer.

I do a LOT of cardio, so my legs always look good. Tummy is my problem area - I'd love to have sculped abs... someday :)

My legs definitely get worked the most, but because of my build, my arms look the most toned, even though I can't lift much, lol.

My arms. Weird because it used to be my abs but age (I'm 25 ha!) has made it harder and harder to tone my stomach.

if by toned you mean visible muscle definition, then my arms and shoulders, followed by calves are good to go; however there are parts of my body that are hopeless: my thights, bum and stomach (I'll call them abs when I see visual evidence of muscle there!) which are strong and by no means flabby, but they aren't "sculpted" haha
