Which Treats Would You Rather Give Up: Sweet or Salty?

There's a time and place for both salty snacks and sweet treats. I have cravings for both, but if I had to give one up, it'd have to be the salty ones. My sweet tooth is way to strong. What about you?

Sweet for sure. I don't have a sweet tooth and don't eat sweets anyway....salty is my guilty obsession...just yesterday I gave in and indulged...salt crusted anchovies and smoked salty herring.....pickles and other salty goodness

I'd give up salty. My hubby can't have salt so we have eliminated most salty foods from our household. Everything we buy is sodium free or the low-sodium option. I don't even like salty food anymore. (Is it still fair to say I'd give up salt if I don't like it to begin with?)

Ooh don't make me choose! I really can't imagine giving up on either! But ok, maybe sweets... I just love fries, bread, cheese and other salty foods too much!

Sweet. I love nuts and pretzels way more than cake, cookies, etc. I would really miss chocolate though.

Salty, it is easier to substitute, instead of chips eat popcorn, and most times you can even have a little bit of the salty craving, like a small pretzel will not break the calorie bank, while a small slice of chocolate cake will make you suffer a lot more!

I'm such a salt fiend; it'd be impossible for me to give it up entirely. If I gave up sweets, it probably wouldn't bother me a whole lot; once I stop eating them for a while I don't miss them much.

I actually love both pretty equally, but I guess i if I could give up sweets, I would, because I have NO self-control around them. (Then again, peanut butter has about the same affect. ;) )

Salty. I can always eat salted tomato or something similar, while no replacement satisfies my love for chocolate.

Sweet. I have way more salty cravings than I do sweet.... especially when I'm approaching that time of the month. I would just about die for a hamburger sometimes

Uh well...I guess I'm one of those random persons who would rather give up sweets. I would rather eat a whole bag of chips...some bagels...some cheese...and other salty things, than eat sweets...
