An Ingredient in Starbucks's New Drinks Might Not Be What You Think It Is

Which Would You Choose: Beverage Edition

You can keep yourself hydrated with just about any liquid, but I find I drink plain old water more than any other beverage. It may be a zero calorie drink, but it doesn't really offer much nutritionally or taste wise either. That's why including other beverages in your diet is a good idea; they provide vitamins, calcium, antioxidants, and something we all feel we sometimes need — caffeine. To see how some common drinks compare nutritionally, take this quiz.

I am embarrassed at my performance. I guess it's good that I mostly just drink water.

Ouch... 1/6! I don't really drink a lot of that stuff though... and I don't think we have some of those brands in Canada, I've never heard of them except for Starbucks (and Coke and Red Bull, obvs)

I totally bombed this one. It's probably a good thing that I don't really like fruit juices or sugary coffee drinks.

That was bad. Good thing I only drink tea, light soymilk, and water.

I did terribly, however it's easier to check sugar contents of juices at the grocery store

I failed miserably on this one! I can't believe Starbuck's 2% hot cocoa has 16GB of fat.

Wow is right! I was way off. Good thing I generally drink soy lattes, plain tea, and water! Not a fan of soda, thankfully.

Wow...I don't think I've ever done this poorly...probably because I don't really buy most of this stuff...like Redbull, Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks, Jamba Juice, etc.
