Nothing lightens your system like drinking a fresh juice in place of a meal. One of my favorites is 1 small beet, 1 apple, 1 carrot, 1/2 lemon and a 1-inch piece of fresh ginger (you can adjust this to your taste). Put these all in your favorite juicer and drink right away. Make sure to follow up with enough purified water the rest of the day to flush out toxins.
