I think part of it is the fact that when I do it on the weekends, I'm "getting it over with" and I don't have to think about it the rest of the day. SummerBaby 7 years i wish i could work out in the morning! i think my day would be off to a better start! but i cant seem to get outta bed.. so i dont work out until night! .. but atleast im working out! :) Annanina 7 years Why this is so hard for me??:(:( Giasbash6260 7 years THAT QUOTE IS ME! If I had time in the morning, I would love to work out. I used to do that before I got a full-time job. rosey_y 7 years That's hilarious! How cute. I love exercising in the morning - I just get up and do it. I've never been a morning person so I'm sure my brain doesn't realise what I'm doing either! Works for me. cravinsugar 7 years this quote is so funny. It made me laugh. The trick for me i think, is to not hit snooze before my brain knows what i am doing...the working out part would be fine haha. MelissaL516 7 years This is the best quote I've ever heard about exercise! I just started working out in the morning (and love it) and this is quote is SO ME. rachelbojangles 7 years I used to exercise in the morning and I felt great. Since I started working I've been trying to get back routine but it's been difficult. I set my alarm to 8am today and the second it went off I hit snooze. I was just too exhausted. I don't know what it takes to force yourself out of bed when your brain says no.
