This holiday season when we are feeling like there are just not enough hours in the day remember that, even though it seems backwards, energy creates energy when it comes to working out. Sometimes just taking that first step to get moving, when all you want to do is lie on the couch, is the hardest part. Once you get the momentum going, you may actually have the energy to enjoy what you've been working so hard to prepare for.
