It's two weeks before Thanksgiving, and my gym is an absolute madhouse. I asked my trainer why the sudden change, and she said every year people work out like crazy the few weeks prior to the holiday. They want to look good for folks back home and feel less guilty for indulging in the Thanksgiving feast. Does this apply to you? Do you increase your workouts prior to Thanksgiving?
