A lot of us have resolved to get fit in 2008, and before you start dreading it, I suggest that you give your new workout routine at least a week of serious commitment. In just one week you will not only be well on your way to changing your shape, but you'll also be well on your way to changing your attitude. You may feel sore, but you'll have more energy. In one week of exercising you will certainly sweat, but you'll look forward to that post-workout shower. You may hate every minute of it while you're at the gym or running, but you'll love the way you feel when you're done.
