Whether you have a big race planned tomorrow or a regular workout, to ensure you feel prepared in the morning, here's a superhelpful tip I learned from a fellow running buddy: Make your man. Basically, you get your entire outfit ready, from your sports bra, to your sneaks, to your wicking undies, to your iPhone armband. Gather it all together and lay it out as if you were dressing an imaginary "you" on the floor. It helps you remember what you forgot, or what might need to be thrown in the wash. Then you just roll out of bed, slip it on, grab a quick bite, and head out the door.
