Workout Wear: Loose or Fitted?

Last week I wore a shirt to the gym that shrank a little bit, at least I hope that is why it was a bit tight on my middle. Needless to say, I could easily see if my abs were engaged or not. The tight shirt kept me on my toes, and I think I might use my fashion choices to keep me honest in the gym. How about you do you tend to wear fitted or loose clothes when working out? Or maybe you follow Kourtney Kardashian's lead and sometimes exercise in the nude?

I like fitted workout clothes but haven't really gotten around to buying enough to wear very often. Usually I wear old sport tees and running shorts.

since i work out at home i usually just wear a sports bra or sports bra tank top that is fitted and either soffe shorts (for cardio or strength training) or yoga pants when doing yoga or pilates,,,,i like to wear just a sports bra though because I get really hot when I work out and hate having an extra layer!

Fitted and wicking. Loose cotton is a recipe for chaffing...no thanks! I am pretty much 100% in lululemon, so it's all luon.

I go for fitted at the gym. If I'm exercising at home, almost nude! Just a sports bra.

I like fitted tops for yoga and pilates but looser fit for elliptical or treadmill.

Hmmm...a little of both, I guess. I have a lot of baggy shorts that I wear for when I'm just doing the elliptical, but if I'm running, I like my fitted running tights and sleeker shirts. Usually on top I wear one of those compression tank tops with a built-in bra.

I do pilates and yoga, so I have to wear fitted tops that won't fall over my face when I bend over. I wear baggier clothes when I run, but I always keep something fitted on underneath to keep me warm and absorb sweat.

I like fitted because they don't bunch up/fly around/trip me or get caught in equipment. It also helps wick away the sweat so I don't end up in a big soppy, wet shirt/pants after my workout.

Both? Fitted pants (that's just how my clothes happen to be, I didn't try for it) and a regular t-shirt. I kinda like to see how much sweat accumulated on my shirt, very satisfying =)

I like fitted workout clothes. I don't have to worry about any of my clothes bunching or shifting while working out.

Loose clothes for jogging or at the gym. If I'm at home doing yoga, I wear fitted clothes. And maybe Khloe should keep some of these nuggets of info to herself, lol.

It depends on my mood. The problem I have with compression tops is that they ride up to the smallest part of my waist leaving my belly sticking out. Not exactly an attractive look.

Fitted for workout. I sometimes wear the loose one at home for comfort.

Depends on my mood really... I'm not a compression fan, but that's because I have some wiggle. :) UA makes nice semi-fitted gear that I prefer.

I like fitted tops and slightly baggy trousers because they don't ride up my bum. Same goes for normal clothes.

it depends. I like compression shorts + tights for running, but if those are all dirty I'll wear looser running shorts. tops I like fitted. biking = not really a choice .. fitted bike shorts but I like my jerseys a little baggy.

I wouldn't say that my clothes are TIGHT, but they are certainly fitted. I like to wear running shorts to the gym and a tank top, but the tank tops I like to wear are generally not that snug around the middle. But I wouldn't want to wear baggy clothes to the gym. I'd feel like I wasn't put together enough to work. And baggy clothes make me feel blah, like I'm hiding my body, etc...

Ew, nude Kardashian workouts? No thanks. I think I'll stick with my fitted gym clothes. I find them easier to move in, and they stay put.

I was like "wow, 100% fitted" ... then I realised I was the first to vote...
