Nagging pains- Yes. I remember when I started martial arts Aikido. The pains in the joints. Horrible it was. But now I'm an expert. Best way to avoid being too conscious about the obvious nagging pains is to ask yourself a simple question, " Can I continue with this pain?" then follow what your body and mind says. Believe me, you'll feel it. And your body and mind together never lie together. Best wishes. :-) http://www.facebook.com/deliciousdietsdesign

my problem is that I can push myself hard to the point of wanting to puke, and everything out there says to stop at that point, but 5 minutes later I'm fine. So I try again, need to puke, recover.... I can't get into EPOC it seems.
