I have a similar system from H20 for my shuffle that I was very disappointed with when I used it the other day. You have to open and unseal the whole thing every time you turn it on and off or want to update your music (and each time you reseal it you are supposed to use some kind of silicone gel that they include). The headphones that you need to use with it are uncomfortable, and once they lose their suction in the ear (you basically stick them your ear and suction it) and the tiniest amount of water gets in, you can't hear anything and they won't go back. I got water in my right ear, and tried to get the headphone to go back in, but ended up swimming the last laps with music only in my left ear. Speedo makes a new waterproof MP3 player (, under "electronics") that I might try next, but I am definitely giving up on the H20 system--it was more trouble than it was worth.
