Are You Doing Anything to Prepare For Bikini Season?

The onset of bikini season (or any old swimsuit for that matter) reminds me a lot like when New Year's rolls around since people make all sorts of claims of what they are going to do differently. This bikini season have you adopted a new plan for getting into that bikini?

I always look good enough for a bikini. I always do arm reps and crunches, so I may add a few more to my routine, but I always stay pretty thin, and a little tummy is a good thing, nothing to be shy about. One trick? Make sure you have good posture while you're wearing your suit-- that will help to diminish a slight gut.

Nope, I am comfortable with my body the way it is...plus I always exercise and eat a healthy diet so I don't need to change it just for bikini season!

Eh I just wear a bikini anyway. My body will never look like a model's and if someone doesn't like the way I look then that person is free to look way.

I am pretty happy with my body as it is, but I wouldn't complain if I dropped 3-5 lbs.! ;-) I just started running, so hopefully that'll help, b/c I can't stand eating fewer than 2000 calories a day.

Last summer was the first time I had ever worn a bikini in my life. Now if I can just slim down again this summer without smoking. It's a lot harder to drop weight without nicotine!

I've been attending Weight Watchers meetings and increasing my walking work outs for the past year. It's finally to the point that people are really noticing my weight loss and making comments. It feels great and is fuel to continue exercise and watching what I eat. I've been able to add some running to my routine lately. Hang in there girls! You can do it no matter what method you choose.

I bought 10 more sessions with my trainer! And he is making me keep an online food journal on myapex.com. It really helps to see what I am eating all graphed out and pie charted! No more late night stops at Wendy's!

I'll never wear a bikini. I'm just modest, but I take this time to tighten up because summer's the time to be show off my arms and legs among other parts. I work at both ends with eating better and working out more intensely.

I've upped the water intake and the cardio. And am eating mostly carbs (I'm the anti-Atkins) so that I have enough energy to sustain the cardio workout.

i run 4 times a week in the mornings and i dont do too much differently with my diet except try to cut down on diet coke and sodium since it gives you a bit of bloat....it really helps.
