I like to keep up with my regular exercise routine, especially when I'm traveling, but sometimes during the holidays, I have so much going on that I don't have time to fit in my usual sweat session. Most of Christmas Day is spent as it should be — relaxing and spending time with the family I don't see very often — but after all the festivities are over, I try to get a few family members to go for a snowy hike in the woods. One year, we went nighttime skiing. This year I'm going to suggest ice skating. What about you?
