Friend and fellow blogger John Mitzewich of Food Wishes was on hand at the Tonnino Tuna booth, tempting passersby with olive oil, oregano, garlic, and jalapeño versions of the responsibly-farmed tuna. We oohed and ahhed at his recipe for "upside-down" jalapeño tuna bites, served on a thin slice of jicama and topped with crushed corn nuts!
