African Safari Martini Glass: Love It or Hate It?

I was flipping through a catalog and stumbled across these African Safari Martini Glasses ($42 each). Each one is hand crafted in South Africa and would make a great gift for the safari lover in your life. Having said that, I just can't get behind these. I think they're a little on the tacky side, and question how easy it would be to hold them. Especially the rhino, that one looks downright dangerous. What do you think? Would you buy them?

I put that I love it till I saw the price. Can I change my answer??? I bought 4 glasses from BBB @ $30 for the set. A novelty item should not cost so much.

I know someone who'd LOVE it! But I don't love her $42/glass much. Haha! They're kinda tacky but if it's your theme, then you've gotta get them.

I don't HATE them, but I am not really a fan either. I'd never pick these out for myself...or as a gift for someone else either.

Perfect for that basement/sketchy neighborhood bar named the Safari Lounge. Dangerous indeed.
