the gluten free thing annoys me. my oldest has severe autism. like lots of kids on the autism spectrum w followed a very strict gluten free diet (includes shampoo, and other grooming products!). it was a lot more work back then. anyway, mcdonalds came out and finally admitted that they had gluten in their fries, and offered an "oopsie!" w/ that statement. really? as if families trying to keep kids w/ autism on the diet don't have enough challenges. gluten free meas NO GLUTEN. maybe list the concentration and let consumers decide for themselves.
