aikaterini, we love the Ginger Fizz as it doesn't have too much sugar (or any dairy): http://www.yumsugar.com/Healthy-Spa-Cocktail-Recipe-Ginger-Fizz-13079072 If you can't take any sugar, I'd recommend subbing that amount with Stevia or another sweetener like honey. Hope this helps!

I'm lactose intolerant ...I can't digest suger or sugery drinks well....I'm a big fan of fresh ginger and fresh lemon combined....Is it possible to create something with these products?.....It would help me enjoy a drink here and there!.....
