You see it each year as a prize on Top Chef. A showcase at the Food and Wine Classic in Aspen. But what exactly does that mean, and what makes Aspen so special? Describe to us what do you think is the significance of Aspen Food & Wine? Why do you come back year after year? There's great food all weekend, there's amazing chefs here, they honor 10 great new chefs every year. To me it is the event that embraces what chefs and wine makers and makers of spirits are really all about. Aspen Food and Wine was kind of like the pinnacle of food festivals. I mean it is, to get invited, to asked to be out here is like a huge honor, and you know, you get to hang out with the best names in the culinary world and the wine world. They bring together, not just the Hollywood types but the great chefs, the movers, the thinkers, the people that are really and truly responsible of growth our food community and food culture within the country. So a lot of it has to do with this Food and Wine Classic where people can come together and exchange ideas. Be there and being seen. Talk to consumer, talk to people who are from the trade but also be part of the party. It's a beautiful area. Every night something is happening. It's a great place. It's the place to be when that happen. This is definitely my favorite festival. The people here are just like really chill, very passionate about food and wine. And Food and Wine as the magazine do an amazing job bringing the best town in the world. What do you think is significant about being here at the Aspen Food and Wine Classic? You know, there is such, some great amount of talent coming here. You know you got the chef from the Food Network. You got some great talented chef in the kitchen you know come here. And [xx] all stand out together. He's really created like a nice you know, happy family. This has been on my list for 10 years. I want to go to Food and Wine Classic, I want to go to Aspen Food and Wine Classic. Been wanting to come. So it's like the Oscars. of the food world. For me, it means really hitting the perfect demographic, I mean these are our core costumers from all over the country are here today. It's just so wonderful to be talking to the people that really appreciate good food and good wine. If you're in the food and wine business and you need to be at one place during the year to see everybody that counts, this is the weekend to do it.
