Recently, I made homemade cherry bounce as one of my edible gifts this year. The liqueur is lovely as an after-dinner cordial, but I also couldn't wait to experiment with other uses for it. PartySugar discovered that cherry bounce tastes great simply mixed with some tonic water or seltzer; it takes on a refreshing, spiked cherry cola quality. Original Recipe for Cherry Bounce Old Fashioned Bourbon Cocktail

Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cup cherry bounce
  2. Dash Angostura bitters
  3. 2 ounces bourbon
  4. Ice cubes
  5. Orange wedge or cherry, for garnish

Directions

  1. Combine first three ingredients together in a rocks glass over ice cubes. Top with a wedge of orange or a cherry for garnish.

Serves 1.
