The Bouchon Bakery Cookbook is a must for any baker. I just started my Fall/Winter Challenge. I'm baking my way through the whole book. I only just started yesterday, with Pecan Sandies, and I am extremely excited. I have made a few of Chef Keller's baking recipes in the past. Macarons, shortbread cookies, brownies, etc. And they NEVER disappoint.
