We made a brilliant goose pot pie last night! I used the dab of leftover gravy and augmented it with gravy made from chicken stock. Chopped up the carrots, onions & celery and mixed that with the goose & gravy. Then topped it off with a crispy whole wheat crust, scattered some flax, poppy & sesame seeds. All gobbled up!

Isn't that "crumpled" wrapping paper? It's kind of hard to imagine wrapping paper crumbs.

I always make potato soup with leftover ham the weekend after christmas. YUM.

Another good one to try: Rachael Ray's Ham and Cheese Strata - it uses leftover ham, bread and veggies and it is delicious!
