Clafoutis is delicious and so very easy to make. I've never thought to make a plum one. That might be good. The recipe linked above is sure to be a good one. http://www.yumsugar.com/user/YumSugar/recipes/454827 I sometimes make my cherry clafoutis with almonds or almond extract.

i've never heard of this before - but it DOES sound kind of interesting. i like the thought of combining foods that we're familiar with to make a new dessert and the idea that pits in cherries enhance the flavor - well that's something new to me as well.
