Mint Limeade + Cucumber French Onion Rounds

Ingredients
- Cucumber French Onion Rounds
4 1/2-inch slices cucumber
1 wedge The Laughing Cow Creamy Swiss French Onion Cheese
1 chive, chopped
- Mint Limeade
2 cups limeade
4 mint leaves, torn
1 lime wedge
Directions
- Divide the cheese wedge between the cucumber slices, spreading to cover the tops. Sprinkle with the chopped chives.
- Pour the limeade over ice and add the mint leaves, stirring to disperse the minty flavor. Garnish with a lime wedge and enjoy.
