Day After Christmas: Would You Rather Eat Leftovers or Cook Something New?

Would You Rather Eat Leftovers or Make a New Dish?

It's the day after Christmas, and if your holidays were as hectic as mine — with tons of time spent in the kitchen — you've probably got lots of leftovers. However, I know not everyone is a fan of leftovers, so I'm wondering what your cooking plan for today is: will you eat leftovers or make something new and different? Or perhaps you're so sick of cooking that you'll go out?

I love leftovers, I took some Mac and Cheese, potatoes, and pumpkin cheesecake (all homemade and gourmet) from my sister's house after Christmas Eve, it was awesome. Right now I'm too sick to cook, so it worked out.

I would like to make something new, but everyone always eats all the leftovers throughout the night and in the morning, so that there's usually nothing left. lol I am quite okay with eating the same thing again the next day :)

I am not a fan of leftovers. I wouldn't want to eat any of it anyway. I am eating as many veggies as I can today because I don't even want to THINK about sugar. lol

We have tons of tamales, menudo and ham leftover so we are eating leftovers.
