I'm Rachel Hollis, Your Guide To Chic Living. Today I'm going to show you a creative way to decorate and display Easter eggs -- with glitter. So the first thing we're going to do hard boil some eggs. I'm going to put my eggs into the water like this, and bring them to a boil, and that's going to keep the the eggs from cracking. I'm going to take the hard boiled egg. I've got a throw away cup. I'm going to put the egg down inside. Just take your glue, spray right down inside. Be careful of those fumes. they are strong. Then sprinkle your glitter over the top. This is my patented spin maneuver and it spins it to the part of the egg that isn't covered spray a little bit more. This is a messy process, so be ready to be glitterfied. You want to try and touch the egg as little as possible until it's dried, otherwise you're going to leave fingerprints. I'm just going to let them dry in the egg carton. It's also great for storing it back in the fridge when you're done. Please remember as you're going to use these in decoration that they're hard boiled eggs. You have to keep them in the fridge until they're ready to go on display. I'm actually going to take these gorgeous eggs that I made and fill the space with them. Rather than have to make 27 dozen glitter eggs, I actually just went to the craft store and got some that are the same color scheme as the ones that I made. It's going to look full without having to spend ten hours. If you place your eggs in a low dish or bowl it works perfectly as a coffee table piece. Another fun way to use your glitter eggs is to actually use it as a plate setting. It's a couple of mismatch easter plates with a napkin. I wrote on the name tag so everyone knows where they're setting on the just use my egg as a little place setting and it's super cute. This is a unique and affordable way to celebrate the season in style
