Where's the "sometimes" option?? Chefs make it seems so easy to splash in some wine...I find it easier to drink it with the meal. ;p

I'm allergic to wine (sulfites), so I rarely have it in the house. But I like cooking with beer - chili, beef stew, bread - it's all good.

haha beesknees; I do, but find it really difficult to know which wine compliments what ingredients unless I have a recipe because I don't drink alcohol recreationally (or at all); I also don't like most alcohol filled/soaked foods except tiramisu and black chocolate gateau
