Caffeine doesn't really seem to effect me either, but if I needed some I'd have a cup of tea. LoveSarah 6 years I drink a lot of energy drinks and coffee. I am a college student with a full time job though... :) marie-lee 6 years I buzz after a cup of coffee...I can't cope with large amounts of caffeine. fiestamama 6 years Does a bloody mary count? Antioxidant 6 years Only if it's a freebie. Most of them are so nasty and full of toxic junk. AMP 6 years They seem so unnatural. I don't want to be putting all that chemical garbage in my body. bchicgrl 6 years I don't think they taste all that great and when I did drink them I would get a stomachache afterwards. suziryder 6 years First off, cupcakegal, GORGEOUS pic!! Okay. No, I don't drink energy drinks. I don't like the way they taste, and I think all that caffeine is dangerous. I especially don't mix alcohol with energy drinks, I think mixing a depressant with caffeine is probably not good for your bod. If I need caffeine, I'll grab a diet Dr. Pepper or some black or green tea... on occasion, a latte. But generally I try to stay away from caffeine all together. CupcakeGal10 6 years Ew, God no. If I want a pick me up the closest thing I'll get to an "energy drink" is coffee. I'm pretty sure they'll come out with a study in a few years talking about how Red Bulls give you some kind of weird cancer. Zulkey 6 years if I'm going to get calories from a beverage it had better get me drunk. fcseamstress 6 years I used to drink them pretty frequently, but I was also consuming a lot of caffeine in general back then. Now I'll have one if it's been a long day and I want to party or sometimes on the day after the party as a pre-hike energy spike. Ok, and also on days when I've got dance performances booked all day (but also lots of water!!). But def no more than once a week (if that). miznic 6 years I just like the taste of coffee much better. I tried one of those energy drinks and didn't care for the taste of it. Now I kind of associate all those drinks like that. lilkimbo 6 years I drink them fairly often. I get as much sleep as I can but I work two jobs, volunteer a lot, and try to work out every day. Sometimes there just aren't enough hours in the day to get in the sleep that I want! Smacks83 6 years Heart problems so no, I have to stay away from major stimulants. I used to drink it back when I was a raver (ah, the kandy kid years)but after a while I would get major chest pains and palpitations. So now I steer clear. jennjennnbubba 6 years sometimes when I have had another sleepless night and need a perk me up but I been switching more to coffee lately actually. I still grab a red bull when partying too. RoaringSilence 6 years I don't like the taste of them first of all, and most of them also contain a lot of sugar. But more importantly, I am not a fan of anything artificial to wake you up. I avoid caffeine too. I think that if you're tired, you need to sleep more, or exercise. That HAS to be the healthier option. Ellenora 6 years No, energy drinks contain not just caffeine but an overdose of B vitamins. There's a lot of heart problems associated with long-term use of energy drinks. One of the girls at my high school had a seizure from having too many energy drinks and it was scary! After I had to see that and be helpless (I'm normally the one seizing not the other way around), I swore to never have them. It's too risky. doogirl 6 years I've never had an energy drink, but I don't put caffeine in my body. After I gave it up, I felt so much better and so I won't go near an energy drink! crazylovevbug 6 years waay to much caffeine! Happsmjc 6 years Red Bull and Vodkas on the weekends--or cherry bombs--thats it! When I see people chugging red bulls and monsters during the day it makes me sick--or want to drink--haha cupcake_ 6 years Never - I don't like them. They are sooo not good for you. lolococo 6 years I used to drink red bull every single day for about a year (along with 1-2 cups of coffee/day). I've completely cut back and now only stick to tea. Stacey-Cakes 6 years I drank them constantly in law school...since graduating I have scaled back quite a bit, but still probably have 1 or maybe 2 a week. I actually like the taste of some of them. aimeeb 6 years Sometimes but I often get chest pains from too much... :( emalove 6 years On a very, very, VERY rare occasion, I might have a Red Bull. Otherwise, no...I hate them.
