Do You Drink Riesling?

Riesling: Love It or Hate It?

One of the highlights of the weekend at the Food and Wine Classic in Aspen was a party on Saturday night hosted by Wines of Germany. At the event, I sipped countless Rieslings and was blown away by how much I enjoyed the crisp, refreshing, and somewhat floral whites. Rieslings are affordable, versatile, and very food-friendly. I drink them all the time, but am wondering: what's your take on the wine? Many people find them to be too sweet, but tons of dry Rieslings exist! Do you sip them?

Love it...the only white wine I do like so far.

I've tried Trocken, and while it is drier than the others I've tried, it's still too sweet for me. If you've only tried Riesling once I would recommend trying others, because they can all taste different. However, I've tried many because my friends love it, and I'm just not a fan.

It's alright. I just need to have a taste for it.

What's not to love? SarahPW, you should try Trocken Riesling -- that denotes that it's very dry.
