SU3 8 years Sometimes, if it's available. But usually just plain old water works for me! sugarbean 8 years One of my physical therapists actually suggested that I start drinking sparkling water after she read some studies that indicate it actually provides a lot of minerals that are stripped out of bottled water. Apparently the minerals are one of the factors that go into the recommended daily water intake, but a lot of people aren't getting them with bottled water... Not sure how much it helps, but I love it crispet1 8 years No, Im low maintenance. pinupsweetheart 8 years I like the flavored sparkling water. But not the plain ones - they are too harsh for me. kiwitwist 8 years I drink carbonated water but not sparkling.... Mme-Hart 8 years All the time, but I like both flat and (as we call it) eau gazeuse (gassy water LOL). I think it's something very similar in spanish, too. Aqua con gaz or something?? Only in English does water "sparkle" hehehhe! :D Tisane 8 years Very rarely. krisua 8 years Of course I drink! mandiesoh 8 years definitly. not too often tho, cos i hate when the gas escapes and deflated sparkling water is NOT tasty. Desirella 8 years No sparking water for me, thanks! I'm not a fan of carbonation to begin with so I'll stick to flat water. aras8218 8 years not a fan Fitness 8 years Carbonated water is okay for your bones. It is the phosphorous in sodas, especially combined with caffeine that decreases bone density. kungfubunni 8 years Does seltzer count as sparkling water? I guess not, I do drink that though! I cut it with juice for a nice bubbly drink with hardly any calories! bigestivediscuit 8 years Yes - incessantly. I started drinking it when I moved abroad and people don't really drink soda here, but I really needed my bubbly fix, so now I drink sparkling water. Plus, it doesn't have the insane amounts of sugar soda does, so I feel better about drinking it as well! junebrug 8 years I love it, but I hear anything carbonated, including water, sucks the calcium out of your bones (or something like that). sarabel 8 years i love sparkling water. i don't drink soda or juice or anything other than water so when i want to mix up my flat tap or bottled i go with some bubbles. juiceejuice 8 years eww, no, i absolutely hate sparkling water. it's all about the flat water for moi. TheMissus 8 years I LOVE the Poland Springs sparking waters... Especially the Raspberry-Lime one. I can't stand Pellagrino... Something about it just does not taste right. I drink sparkling water every day with dinner. jendudley 8 years Nope, just regular water for me! Sweet-Tea 8 years I got into it relatively recently--trying to cut back on both caffeine and artificial sweeteners. Pellegrino is my favorite. Costco makes it an affordable luxury by selling the 1.5 liter bottles by the case. For newbies to sparkling water, lotsa lime really helps. cageyme 8 years Frequently. I like the Poland Spring flavored sparkling waters and I love Pellegrino. My throat gets scratchy during allergy season. Water like Pellegrino really helps sooth my throat without any calories. Having sparkling water on hand at home also really helped my husband break his orange soda habit. He has now successfully transitioned from soda to the sparkling water to regular water. ktownpolarbear 8 years I do at work because we have plenty of it, but I never go out of my way to purchase it for home. partysugar 8 years Every afternoon!
