Baby-Girl 5 years Fried, roasted, or BBQ means the skin is the best part! betty-kraker 5 years gotta love the crispy skin shannzu 5 years I'll only eat skin on rostisado style chicken from Juan Pollo. It's so good, crispy and chewy at the same time, yum! dani17731 5 years No. I'm one of those wussy meat eaters. I never eat the skin and the meat always has to be well done. I even tell the servers when I eat out that the cook can burn it a little lol. I don't wanna think about the skin, because you know what has skin? Something that used to be alive. *sad face* But it tastes so good... yoiebear 5 years From a lemon roast chicken, whether my own made or from a restaurant, I can't resist. So yummy and so bad for me. SPritchett1 5 years If it's from a fresh roasted bird and crispy, then I cannot resist it. Food 5 years Always :D mermei 5 years Well, I currently live in China, so I'd be hard pressed to find a part of a chicken I don't eat. In the US, I rarely eat meat at all. (But amen on the Peking Duck. Many a nominal vegetarian has met her fall on a Peking Duck dinner.) Pampire 5 years Not usually, but sometimes I might eat a little bit if its crispy or well seasoned. victork 5 years Adore it. That said, I was raised to eat every part of the chicken, every scrap of meat, and even the small bones (e.g. the wings when they're roasted and crispy). Spectra 5 years No, I think it's gross. I prefer chicken with no skin on it. shannonkay 5 years No. It's gross! Kimpossible 5 years No. mek123 5 years As long as it's crispy but not deep fried. Eleuthera 5 years I just remembered that the classic way of preparing Peking (Beijing) Duck is that while the duck was carved tableside, only the skin was served with very little meat, if any, attached. I was introduced to this as a teen in San Francisco...and became enamored with the subtle flavors of this classic dish. You could have the duck meat, of course, and most people did, but the dish was made so that the delicate flavors of the skin might be savored. AlexisSF 5 years only if it's super crispy, and only a few bites! simplyfab87 5 years Yes, love crispy chicken skin. Frenched 5 years Most of the time, yes :) AMP 5 years Don't eat meat, but even when I did, I never ate the skin. My mom taught us very early on that the skin was not healthy. Chica8a 5 years if its crispy yes ... but no fat on it like sometimes when its fried! yuck ...It all depends on how its cooked tarabara1229 5 years Usually I eat boneless, skinless chicken breast when I prepare chicken at home, but if I eat out at certain places (I'm looking at you, Roscoe's House of Chicken & Waffles), I will definitely treat myself to some crispy skin.
