NEVER - I can't even bear to take it off the breast when I prepare it, it makes me gag, literally. Hubby does it for me. I had tried it and I do not like it at all. Aside from that chicharones rock!
I love eating the skin on chicken.Fried chicken is the best.I was a vegetarian for over 5 years but I kept having dreams about fried chicken so I started eating it again.I don;t feel guilty. It's good.
Fried, roasted, or BBQ means the skin is the best part!
gotta love the crispy skin
I love, love the crispy skin on a roast chicken or turkey. I don't eat the fatty part just the thin crispy skin.
I'll only eat skin on rostisado style chicken from Juan Pollo. It's so good, crispy and chewy at the same time, yum!
No. I'm one of those wussy meat eaters. I never eat the skin and the meat always has to be well done. I even tell the servers when I eat out that the cook can burn it a little lol. I don't wanna think about the skin, because you know what has skin? Something that used to be alive. *sad face* But it tastes so good...
From a lemon roast chicken, whether my own made or from a restaurant, I can't resist. So yummy and so bad for me.
If it's from a fresh roasted bird and crispy, then I cannot resist it.
Well, I currently live in China, so I'd be hard pressed to find a part of a chicken I don't eat. In the US, I rarely eat meat at all. (But amen on the Peking Duck. Many a nominal vegetarian has met her fall on a Peking Duck dinner.)
Not usually, but sometimes I might eat a little bit if its crispy or well seasoned.
Adore it. That said, I was raised to eat every part of the chicken, every scrap of meat, and even the small bones (e.g. the wings when they're roasted and crispy).
No, I think it's gross. I prefer chicken with no skin on it.
No. It's gross!
As long as it's crispy but not deep fried.
I just remembered that the classic way of preparing Peking (Beijing) Duck is that while the duck was carved tableside, only the skin was served with very little meat, if any, attached. I was introduced to this as a teen in San Francisco...and became enamored with the subtle flavors of this classic dish. You could have the duck meat, of course, and most people did, but the dish was made so that the delicate flavors of the skin might be savored.
only if it's super crispy, and only a few bites!
Yes, love crispy chicken skin.
Most of the time, yes :)
Don't eat meat, but even when I did, I never ate the skin. My mom taught us very early on that the skin was not healthy.
Only as a huge treat - like on roasted chicken or while out! It's sooooooo good, but so unhealthy. Sad.
if its crispy yes ... but no fat on it like sometimes when its fried! yuck ...It all depends on how its cooked
Usually I eat boneless, skinless chicken breast when I prepare chicken at home, but if I eat out at certain places (I'm looking at you, Roscoe's House of Chicken & Waffles), I will definitely treat myself to some crispy skin. Nom nom nom!
