Honestly, I'll eat most anything cold! Most of the time, it tastes better than if you put it in the microwave and it all turns to mush. But cold pizza is a favorite, always. :)

For breakfast if I'm in a hurry I'll have it cold, but if I bring it with me for lunch I usually take the time to put it in the toaster oven.

Ugh, no. Pizza has to be warm for me to enjoy it -- toaster oven makes for quick and easy re-heat.
