I can't imagine Brie without the rind! verily 6 years I won't eat the rind from bloomy rind type cheeses like Brie; I think it tastes horrible. DivaDivine 6 years I eat it for the same reason I eat fruit/vegetable skins--I'm convinced that some study will show that there's tons of good-for-you vitimains, minerals and compounds in it that can prevent everything from exzcema to cancer. Smacks83 6 years Actually a cool thing to do with the rinds of good cheese is to use it to flavor soup! ilanac13 6 years for me, it really depends on the kind of cheese that it is - if it's a kind that has a rind that's not too think or tasteless, then sure i'll eat it. i don't always go out of my way to cut it off.
