Munkeyhed 7 years Saw a great idea for leftover turkey & sides. Take a pie or cake pan, make a crust of stuffing (just pat into place. Layer all of your turkey, veggies, etc,. then top with mashed potatoes (sweet potatoes, too) Bake till warmed through & slice like a pie. Yum. wambalus 7 years Depends on the leftover - in my experience everyone gets sick of leftover turkey, leftover stuffing gets soggy, but pie tastes much better the next day (especially for breakfast!) AmberHoney 7 years Leftovers are good - BUT I usually go online (or seach the zillion cookbooks I have) for a new dish. We had ham so tonight it's gonna be Ham and Rigatoni Casserole - the name is boring but it's like mac 'n cheese but you use country gravy instead of cheese sauce. Something new! I'll add my own twist and give it a new name. gruaig_rua 7 years Yep I love em! But they don't last long :feedme: BRANDYNICOLE730 7 years Yup, I'll be eating on leftover ham for a week or two. emalove 7 years Not as good as the first time around, but my 'fridge is stocked...it's nice to not have to cook for a couple of days.
